This independent broker with an excellent reputation for outstanding client service are looking to hire an Employee Benefits Account Broker to join their growing and successful team.

The team look after a portfolio of existing Employee Benefit accounts, and offer proactive sales support to the EB Consulting team. The team are highly professional and provide superb levels of service, whilst encouraging a fun and enjoyable working environment.

You’ll have at least 12 months’ experience of working in Employee Benefits and will ideally have experience of handling the full range of EB contracts including group pensions, group risk and group healthcare products. You will also need superb customer facing skills. You will get your own portfolio of schemes to look after for which you’ll have full responsibility, being the key point of contact and relationship manager for these clients.
