A new and challenging position has now become available within this a global leading pensions and investments organisation that is now seeking a Senior Remediation Associate to join them on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
This area of the business is responsible for resolving and delivering complex remediation exercises and providing technical support to the business.
You will join a dynamic team committed to providing best practise in a demanding and evolving regulatory landscape, where you will provide support in the completion of case assessments/reviews and to ensure transactions have been processed in line with agreed procedures and regulatory requirements. Where this is not the case, you to perform rectification activities that is required to ensure no detriment exists and communicate this to the customer.
Other key accountabilities can include:
- Supporting pensions administration rework and remediation activity
- Performing data corrections
- Engaging with and communicate outcomes to customers
- Working with colleagues to review risk events and determine downstream impacts
With the ability to organise day to day planning of workload for yourself and for the wider team as required, it is essential that you possess good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines
Additionally, it is essential that you possess proven pensions administration experience in a Defined Contribution environment, together with a good understanding of the case review process and ideally knowledge of relevant pension calculation.
