* Motivate and support the team with a keen focus for best practice and ongoing process enhancement

* Continually develop administration strategy in line with trustee/company objectives and legislative requirements

* Utilise your interpersonal skills, from staff mentorship to supporting the Head of Pensions, Trustees and Company stakeholders and advisors

* Draw on your DB pensions administration expertise gained in-house or third party, coupled with staff management skills
