About the role
- Guide, develop and motivate your team to achieve all performance measures, both as an individual and as a team. Support a culture where your teams are full of pride and passion for what they do. Take ownership of tasks and decision making, identify prospects for continuous improvement within their area of control and the wider Pension Operations.
- You will ideally have strong DB knowledge and general pensions technical knowledge, with previous experience of checking and monitoring workloads for junior members of the team.
