An exciting and rewarding new role where you will assist in providing an effective and efficient pensions administration service, supporting Client Relationship Managers and the administration teams. You will be responsible for helping to develop the overall relationship with the client from an administrative perspective and maintaining high levels of satisfaction with the service from both the client and members alike.
Ideally, we are seeking someone with experience of working as a client relationship manager, either in a TPA or in-house environment on Trust-based defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. Or perhaps you are an experienced administration team leader who has had client exposure and is looking for a full-time client relationship manager role?
You must be able to demonstrate a very thorough knowledge of pension administration activities and the ability to apply this knowledge to any scheme. This role requires a combination of strong technical skills and examples of the ability to handle complex member queries and calculations. Excellent organisation skills are essential, along with good interpersonal abilities.
This role is a fixed-term contract, running from 1st January 2022 until 31st March 2023. There is potential for this role to become permanent after that time period.
