In-house Team Leader required with strong DB scheme experience to support the management of day to day member services, including online services, ensuring administration systems are fully maintained and services delivered to agreed standards and in line with procedures.


About the role
  • Ensure day to day active, deferred and pensioner member administration carried out and monitored to agreed time and quality standards. 
  • Set work priorities within agreed parameters and ensure Team objectives are fully met and in line with agreed standards. 
  • Assist in formulation of administration and communications initiatives and/or processes for implementation. 
  • Support and co-ordinate Team implementation of agreed member communications initiatives e.g. Benefit Statements, pension increase. Ensure commitment of Team, in provision of reliable proactive member support. 

About you 
  • DB pensions administration and communications service experience for large occupational pension schemes, ideally within the corporate pensions sector. 
  • Broad knowledge of specific pensions legislation and HMRC requirements relating to occupational pension schemes. 
  • Strong numeracy, written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Coaching and people development skills 

The role offers flexible working with 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.
