About the role The Pensions Project and Process Manager will support: * Implementation of new corporate and strategic initiatives, * Implementation and design of new processes and changes to processes across Pensions, resulting from new corporate initiatives, ensuring operational, audit and regulatory requirements are satisfied. About you * Experience in a pension role in either a third-party consultancy or in-house environment working with DB and DC schemes * Good knowledge of pensions legislation and applying this in a practical manner. * Prior experience in managing projects or project work streams * Good interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills. * Experience in managing stakeholders at all levels. * Ability to work in a matrix structure and build effective relationships with senior managers/stakeholders.
