This global leader's key growth area is the compensation space and they are seeking two experienced Reward Consultants with a commercial mind-set to come on board and contribute to the success of this accomplished team.
The scope of the role is broad and varied and will include you being tasked with supporting the development and delivery of Total Reward Solutions by supporting a Senior Consultant with mid-range or larger projects and managing smaller or less complex projects. You will undertake and deliver a wide range of work for a portfolio of clients, including salary and benefit benchmarking, design of pay structures, review and delivery of annual incentive plans, pay equity and reward strategy reviews. In addition, the successful candidates will play an active role in supporting all marketing and cross selling across the business.
To be considered, the ideal candidates will have significant experience within a Reward and/or Flexible Benefits role and is able to think and act at both strategic and tactical levels.
