Trustee Administrator - London
This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, award-winning professional pensions Trustee Company as a Trustee Administrator. Providing all the administrative support to the team, and clients where required, you will prepare annual meeting timetables (including liaising with advisors and trustees regarding meeting arrangements) upload documents online storage systems whilst maintaining and updating key scheme governance documents. The team are involved with every aspect of the delivery of Trustee work including trustee training, secretariat services, governance and sole trustee appointments and this role will require full responsibility of attendance logs, conflicts and declaration of interest register as well as co-ordination of issuing and collating trustee training and evaluation questionnaires. To be considered for this role you will have a strong background in trust based pensions either as a pension administrator or assistant consultant as you will be involved with attending client meetings and working with the Senior Trustee Secretariat with putting agenda packs together and drafting and distribution of Trustee Minutes and you will looking for a career move.
