Are you an enthusiastic, motivated team player, looking to develop your career? If this sounds like you then our busy Pensions team in Bedford needs you!

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated, and talented individual to continue their career in a large, successful, global business. DHL is looking to recruit a Senior Pensions Administrator to join the already well-established in-house team managing the administration of its employee pension schemes.

The Group’s main pension arrangement in the UK is the DHL Group Retirement Plan, which has around 130,000 members and almost £5 billion of assets split across eight segregated sections.

The seven DB sections reflect the structure of the business and its history, with different sections relating to different divisions, or to previous companies that have become part of the DPDHL Group.  The DB sections are now largely closed to future accrual, with around £3.5 billion in a common investment fund using 15 different investment managers to provide the DB pensions of around 50,000 members.

Following the successful roll-out of auto-enrolment, the Plan’s DC section now has around 80,000 members and £1.5 billion of assets.

You will play a key role in the operation of these pension schemes and be involved in all aspects of the day to day pensions administration activities, developing your skills and passing on your knowledge in this ever-changing and challenging environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience within pensions, working previously on administrating DB and DC benefits.  You will be educated to at least GCSE level, possess excellent IT skills and be detail oriented, accurate, numerate and literate. You will be able to work on your own initiative and be adaptable to work within a fast paced and ever-changing environment.

This is a full-time, permanent role which includes an attractive starting salary, bonus opportunity and a generous benefits package.

Closing date for all applications will be on Sunday 30th April 2017
