During the 1980's GTF was the first Search & Selection Consultancy to comprehend that the many pressures impacting upon the pensions sector were changing the nature of the demand for pensions specialists. We also recognised that there was scope for a truly professional Consultancy to help resolve the more difficult pensions recruitment issues being faced by many of the UK's major plc's.
We viewed the above scenario as both a challenge and a business opportunity. Today, as the leaders in the resourcing of senior and specialist positions within the occupational pensions sector, we have met that challenge.
