Hillman Saunders was formed in the late 1980s with a view to "bring professionalism to the recruitment market". As a consultancy the firm operates on strong principles, based on trust and an honest appraisal of clients` and candidates` needs.

Operating on a National basis we have four specialist divisions - Insurance, Financial Services (Life & Pensions), Secretarial and Human Resources - staffed by consultants who have a proven track record and who are fully conversant with the mechanics of their own particular field.

We operate on a Contingency, Executive Search as well as advertised assignments and can offer solutions that bridge all parts in our recruitment procedure. We believe in professional dynamism whilst dealing with both clients and candidates alike.
