Individual members of staff are members of a wide range of professional bodies and attainment of professional qualifications is actively encouraged. An individual development programme ensures each member of staff is equipped with the skills required to provide the highest quality of service to our clients.
Our pensions offices are registered 'Qualification in Pensions Administration' (QPA) or 'Qualification in Public Sector Pensions Administration' (QPSPA) assessment sites. We also support and sponsor the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) qualifications along with the new PMI qualification - the Diploma in Pensions Calculations (DPC). This is an integral part of our ongoing commitment to the Investors in People (IiP) award.
