| | Job description If you are seeking a long-term temporary contract (full duration twelve months) you could not wish to work with a nicer group of in-house pension professionals. Our client is a small in-house pension department with a friendly team of four employees. The Pension Fund Manager, two administrators (one due to go on maternity leave – your new contract!), Scheme Accountant and Filing Clerk. The client is seeking a ‘hands on’ Defined Benefit Pension Scheme Administrator to join the department from the 1st June 2010 for a one year duration. The current Pensions Scheme Administrator is not due to go on maternity leave until July/August 2010, so joining early will allow time for a ‘hand over’ and ‘training’ period.
To undertake this role you will need prior experience of working on Defined Benefit Pension Schemes dealing with both manual and system generated calculations. Dealing with day-to-day tasks including leaving service, transfer values, retirements and deaths.
You will also be able to communicate with members by written correspondence.
Centrally located just a quick five-minute walk from the station of this busy Surrey town, this could be the perfect next assignment you have been searching for to see you through the summer, over the winter and into 2011... |
