All applications to this job must be made through the normal application process As a result of continued growth, our client is seeking a high-calibre Defined Contribution Consultant who, as an Account Manager, will be able to make an immediate contribution to servicing a portfolio of existing clients, as well as working with more senior colleagues in developing new business opportunities within the DC Consultancy team.
You will be able to demonstrate an outstanding track record of client relationship management, as well as new business development skills. You will also possess the necessary interpersonal and influencing skills to successfully advise, sell and negotiate at board level within leading corporate businesses.
A strong existing network of professional connections within the Employee Benefits market would be a distinct advantage, with a proven track record within an IFA/Employee Benefits Consultancy.
You will be able to demonstrate a broad knowledge of all areas of employee benefits including flexible benefits to be able to provide advice and solutions to corporate clients and their employees.
Ideally part (or full) AFPC qualified, particularly including J04 and J05 pensions qualifications (or previously G60 or equivalent).
